Neighbourhood/Location
The 100 Sqm apartment is located on the Brouwersgracht, the oldest and most interesting canal of all canals in the city. It's a very safe area with lost of families and locals living and working together. All about 10 minutes walking distance from Dam Square.There are a number of busy shopping streets in the surrounding area, such as the Haarlemmerstraat with a Ekoplaza on 1 minute form the property. Ekoplaza is a supermarket with only biologic food so eat your heart out if you care about health :-). But also regular supermarkets, nice cocktail bars, fashions hops etc. can be found in 2 minutes walking.
The Anne Frank Museum is 15 minutes on foot, and there is ample public transport which will get you to Central Station in 10 minutes.
Close to the apartment you'll find a very nice sqaure (Haarlemmerplein) where you can sit in the sun and enjoy your take away coffee form 'twoforjoy', where they serve the finest coffee in town.
Living room
The living room has a flat screen TV and DVD player including lots of nice DVD's of movies in several styles. Via digital TV you can watch the channels of your homeland such as Rai Uno, the BBC but also French channels.Bedroom(s) and Bathroom(s)
There is one small bedroom with one single bed and a side table.Next to the bedroom is a separate corner without a door with a double sofa bed.
In the living room, there is a mattress in a wall cupboard. By opening the cupboard, you can take out the mattress and a wooden base on wheels. You can out the mattress on the wooden base and create a comfortable bed. We can help you to set up the bed if you wish in advance
The apartment has a luxurious bathroom with a shower and a bath big enough for 2. Of course, there is also a sink and a toilet.
Kitchen
The large kitchen is equipped microwave, kettle, a coffee machine and all kitchenware required to cook, as well as a dining table.Other information
The Loft is a very old and Industrial style place so the floors and walls have a lot of scratches and imperfections. Some people love it, but others don't. Please be aware that this is an artistic apartment, but certainly not a luxury place.SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED!

Where and how do I get the keys to the property?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property to make payment and get the keys
