Short Description

A beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 770 sq. ft (75m2) apartment with own entrance in part of a former school house located in a residential but lively part of the city near the city centre.

Neighbourhood/Location

There are a number of small coffee shops , nice pubs, bakeries and a supermarket nearby and a park behind the house.

Five minutes walk away is the only windmill in the city , unfortunately not open to the public, and beside that Brouwerij 't IJ where you can enjoy organic beer brewed on site.

The world famous street market Dappermarkt is a mere 10 minute stroll and the Red Light district just a 25 minute walk

Tram 10 also takes you to the Vondel park and Museum square and Central station is but 8 minutes by bus.

Where and how do I get the keys to the property?
