Short Description
Room to rent in a very spacious flat ,located in Amsterdam Amstel along famous Amstel river. IT is a shared flat where my fiance and myself are currently living; we rent the spare room.It is only 10 minutes walk from De Pijp and 7 minutes by metro to Central Station. The metro station is only 200m from the apartment.
All central locations are walking distance and there are many shops, restaurants, bars and coffeeshops closeby.

La chambre est disponible dans un appartement très spacieux, situé à Amsterdam Amstel (le long de la célèbre rivière Amstel).
C'est à seulement 10 minutes à pied de De Pijp et à 7 minutes en métro de la gare centrale (la station de métro est à 200m de la reisdence). Tous les emplacements centraux sont accessibles a pieds. De nombreux restaurants, bars et coffeeshops se trouvent à proximité.

One bedroom is occupied by ourselves (my fiance and I) and the bedroom for rent has a 2-persons bedsofa as well as a wardrobe. Another single mattress is possible.The space you are renting privately is shown in photos 10, 11 and 12. The remainder is shared with the owner
The toilet is separate from the bathroom which has an independant bathtub and a shower .

Une chambre est occupée par nous-mêmes(mon fiancé et moi) et la chambre à louer dispose d'un canapé lit pour 2 personnes-ainsi que d'une grande armoire et d'un ordinateur.
Les toilettes sont séparées de la salle de bain qui dispose d'une baignoire et d'une douche indépendante.

We own 3 friendly cats but they stay all the time in the living room which is separated from the bedrooms with a corridor........................

Where and how do I get the keys to the property?
