Ground floor colorful and artistic one bedroom apartment with big garden located about 3km east of the city centre.The apartment has lots of character with stained glass windows, wooden floors, handmade furniture, murals and art.
The garden is south facing with a covered terrace and for chillier evenings there is a fireplace to keep you warm. There is also a barbeque available.

The apartment is located in a multicultural residential neighbourhood on the east side of the city , an area not yet discovered by the majority of tourists but well known by locals for its variety of affordable restaurants, shops and bars with food and produce from every corner of the world.The famous Dappermarkt street market is less than 15 minutes walk away and you can reach Oosterpark, one of the city's lovely urban parks on foot in less than 10 minutes.
Tropen museum you can reach on foot in 15 minutes and well worth a visit Brewery “het IJ” to drink a locally brewed beer in a real windmill is a mere 20 minute walk away.
Also in the area are two of Amsterdam's more interesting nightclubs Trouw and Canvas.
Public transport is 5 minutes walk away and the Metro will get you to Central Station in 6 minutes.

Where and how do I get the keys to the property?
