Entire 140m2 canal house spread over 5 floors and comprising 4 bedroom and 3 bathrooms, ideally located a few minutes walk from both Dam Square and Central Station.This is a wonderful house for families, and the Bergstraat is closed to traffic so children can play on the street in perfect safety.

The apartment is located on a quiet street between the Herengracht and the Singel canal, a very handy location from which to explore the city.Dam Square and Central Station are about 5 minutes walk away, you can reach Anne Frank House in 6 minutes on foot and Bloemenmarkt, Amsterdam's floating flower market is a mere 15 minute walk.
There are plenty of places close by to eat and drink and if you need public transport it is literally metres away

The entrance to the house on the ground floor leads directly to the dining area, kitchen and patioThe dining area with view of the street has a dining table, 8 barstools, a gas fireplace with remote control and has 2 doors to the patio. The room has a flat-screen TV and a free Wireless Internet connection.
On the heated patio is an outdoor sauna.
The spacious living room is on the second floor and has a second gas fireplace with remote control and seating for 8 people. There is also a kitchenette with a Nespresso coffeemaker ,kettle, hot and cold water and a cupboard.

The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the 3rd floor with traditional exposed beams, wooden floor and two single beds (2x90cmX200cm) that are joined into one large double bed with 2 single duvets. There is also a big flat screen TV, bedside tables, lamps and wardrobesThe en-suite bathroom has a luxurious rain-shower, hand basin, toilet and hairdryer.
There is a large sunny roof terrace with views over the city.
The second bedroom on the 1st floor has a double bed (1x160cmX200cm) and there are 2 single duvets again with flat screen TV, bedside tables with lamps and storage space.
The third bedroom is on the first floor and has door to a small balcony. This bedroom has two single beds (2x90cmX200cm) that are joined into one large double bed and there are 2 single duvets, flat screen TV and bedside tables with lamps.
On the first floor there is a small shower room with hand-basin and toilet.
In the basement is the 4th bedroom with two single beds (2x80cmX200cm) that are joined into one large double with 2 single duvets.
In the bath room there is a bath, wash hand basin and toilet.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, fridge, microwave, four burner hob, toaster, blender, juicer, kettle and a Nespresso coffeemaker.Other information
There is a nice patio on the ground floor with a terrace heater for the cooler nights.On the 1st floor is a small balcony and on the 3rd floor there is a large south facing roof terrace.
Please note that the stairs in the apartment are steep and narrow

Where and how do I get the keys to the property?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property to make payment and get the keys
