Inexpensive private room offered in a clean, nicely furnished B&B; located in a quiet area about 4Km from centre.The room is provided with mini fridge, microwave and kettle giving you the advantage of having breakfast and small meals in the privacy of your room.

1) I rent only one room and not the entire apartment, I need to live in the same apartment by law 2) The bathroom is shared. 3) There is no use of the kitchen
2)The use of the washing machine is not included in the price. Euros 10 will be charged for each wash.
The room can be rented for one persons at 65 euro per night and 75 euro for two.
An extra room with two single beds is also available in case you prefer two separate beds.
THE APARTMENT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH VERY SERIOUS WEIGHT PROBLEMS
You can also experience an authentic Italian espresso and some Italian cookies, and for breakfast fresh home made pies and cakes..... a real treat.

The accommodation is located in the Amsterdam Nieuw-West, a quiet neighbourhood about 20 minutes by tram to the city centre, housing mainly families with children.There are supermarkets, a chemist and post office 5 minutes walk away and both Vondelpark and Rembrandtpark are within 20 minutes walking distance.
It is also handy for the RAI conference centre which is just 3 stops on the Metro.

Where and how do I get the keys to the property?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property to make payment and get the keys
