Spacious 120 Sqm four-bedroom apartment divided over 4 floors and located in the Negen Straatjes or Nine Streets area just a few minutes from both Leidseplein and Dam Square.The apartment which is on the first, second, third and fourth floor, can accommodate up to 8 guests, and has 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 2 luxurious bathrooms and 2 separate toilets.
Please note that cannabis is not permitted. Cigarettes are allowed in designated areas only.
Neighbourhood/Location
The Nine Streets, as the name suggests, are 9 little streets which run between the city's three main canals. This charming area is full of trendy boutiques, hip restaurants and quirky little shops.All the beauty of the Jordaan is at your feet, and Anne Frank House is just 10 minutes walk away, and you can reach Rembrandtplein too on foot 10 minutes.

The 2 living rooms are beautifuly furnished with a coffee table, flatscreen television and 2 large sofas. There is WIFI available in the entire building.Bedroom(s) and Bathroom(s)
There are 4 bedrooms with a total of 8 single beds. In the pictures the beds are pushed together as doubles but they can be made up as single beds.Two of the bedrooms have no door, they are an open space.
Each bedroom also has a wardrobe.
The apartment has two very modern bathrooms, both with a comfortable bathtub and shower, and sink. There are also 2 toilets in the house, close to both living rooms.
Kitchen
The 2 modern open kitchens are equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and plenty of kitchenware.There are two separate dining areas with 2 dining tables and plenty of chairs.
Other information
Smoking: It is allowed to smoke cigarettes in the living room of the apartment, but not in the toilets, bathrooms bedrooms and corridors. If you smoke in the living room, it is compulsory to use an ashtray and open the windows for fresh air. It is not allowed to smoke marijuana in the apartment, balcony or terrace. We have to remind you that neighbors will call the police in case the smell marijuana. The police will fine you, because it will harm the health of the people in the apartments above you. Note: Please don’t smoke cigarettes in front of the building. Either smoke inside or walk to the corner of the street. The smoke will enter the bedrooms of the neighbors and this is extremely disturbing for them. Noise: Coming home late at night, with a group of people can disturb the sleep of our neighbors. Please be aware that and be as quit as possible. It is not allowed to organize parties in the apartment. - Don’t talk loud (especially with a group) after 10 pm. - It is not allowed to play music after 10 pm in the apartment General: It is not allowed to invite people to sleep over at the apartment. - Don’t leave the windows open when you go out of the apartment. Because if it rains this will damage the wooden floors - It’s not allowed (city rules) to put garbage outside the building on any other day but the official garbage days. Please use the container in the apartment for all your garbage. - Don’t leave crates of beer or other beverages in the apartment or garden. For every crate you leave in the apartment we will charge you 15 euro transportation costs. If our neighbors complain to us about disrespecting one of the above house rules, we have the right to deduct your deposit. THIS IS NOT A PARTY PLACE, SO NOISY GROUPS ARE NOT WELCOME BECAUSE OF NEIGHBOUR ISSUES! STEEP STAIRS The Perfect Place is located on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor of an old historical building so has STEEP STAIRS so is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties or some older guests who have problems with stairs.To book this property you make an online payment. The payment amount is shown in the price calculation box and on the booking form. The remaining balance is to be paid directly to owner.(some owners require a percentage in advance). Where and how do I get the keys to the property?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property to make payment and get the keys

Early check in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival.

In addition to the 15% prepayment to secure the reservation,the property owner requires an additional 35% of the balance due which is paid to them directly immediately after booking.

Payment Procedure: The amount due can only be paid on arrival by credit or debit card. Accepted payment methods for the rental fee: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro. No cash payments accepted for the amount due. On the day of arrival we will charge 250 euro damage deposit on your credit or debit card. The damage deposit will be refunded after inspection within 48 hours after your departure.
Booking policies: After making a booking it is not possible to ask for discounts due to less people staying in the apartment. If you want to add extra guests after making the booking, we charge 25 euro per person per night extra because of extra administration costs. The extra charge has to be paid in cash upon arrival. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation less than 2 months is 25% penalty, less than 1 month is 50%, less than 2 weeks is 100%.
