The apartment is located just a mere 5 minutes walk from the historic house of Anne Frank and only 10 minutes walk to the heart of the city, Dam Square.The area is characterized by small and quaint cafes, bars and galleries, only a few minutes from the quirky and hip Nine Streets Shopping area. Central station is around a 15 minute stroll, alternatively, you could always catch the tram which will get you to the apartment in around 8 minutes.

Where and how do I get the keys to the property?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property to make payment and get the keys

Early check in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival.

Early check-in is only possible if there are no guests checking out on your day of arrival. (You can request 1 day prior to arrival) otherwise if you arrive early in the city you can leave your luggage in our office near central station until check in time.
At check-in we require a valid ID Card (Passport) and 250 Euros Damage Deposit ( payable in Cash or Credit Card which will be returned on the day of your departure) .
Late check-out is only possible if no guests are arriving for your apartment but you are welcome to leave your luggage at our office.
