Luxurious designer apartment in Amsterdam's upmarket Oud-West just a short walk from Vondelpark.The 3rd-floor apartment, which can sleep four guests, covers a spacious 110 Sqm and boasts two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it an ideal family accommodation.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to renovations taking place in the neighbouring building during end of 2015, the balcony will not be available and there might be some noise during weekdays. Due to that the prices were dramatically reduced.
Neighbourhood/Location
The apartment is located on a quiet tree lined street in the Oud West area of the city with lots of hip bars, restaurants and shops close by.The area is home to Amsterdam's largest park, Vondelpark, The Museum District and to the city's most exclusive shopping street, P C Hooftstraat.
Entertainment hub Leidseplein is just 20 minutes walk away, and the area is very well served with public transport with direct tram lines to Central Station.

The living room is on the 3rd floor and is furnished with a comfortable 3 meter wide sofa bed, 42 inch LED HDTV, a BluRay and DVD player, Stereo with apple docking station and USB and of course cable TV and Wi-Fi free of charge.Bedroom(s) and Bathroom(s)
The two spacious bedrooms are on the top floor; the master with a very comfortable king size box spring bed and the second bedroom with a queen size bed and plenty of wardrobe space.The bathroom on this floor includes a bathtub and a separate toilet.
The bathroom on the 3rd floor has a sink, shower and toilet.
Kitchen
The kitchen and dining area at the rear of the house and include a big fridge freezer, 4 burner stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine, sufficient crockery and utensils and a dining table with seating.Other information
The balcony overlooks a garden and has a lovely view of the Amsterdam rooftops.Since the apartment is on the third and fourth floors of a typical Amsterdam building with no elevator, you should be prepared for a bit of a climb.
Hairdryer, iron and ironing board are provided.

Where and how do I get the keys to the property?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property to make payment and get the keys
