Spacious, third-floor apartment for four guests with three bedrooms and air-conditioning.A total of 100 Sqm, the apartment is located close to Amsterdam's Vondelpark.
Please note that there is no elevator and the stairs are likely to prove difficult for some older guests or those with mobility issues.

The apartment is located in the upmarket South area of the city, just 100 metres distance from Vondel Park and 20 minutes on foot from Museum Square and P C Hooftstraat, reputably the city's most exclusive shopping street.The area has numerous shops, cafes and restaurants and excellent transport links to the rest of the city.

There are 3 three bedrooms. Two big bedrooms have 2 single beds each. Each bedroom has storage for clothes and 2 windows with blinds.The apartment has a modern bathroom, with a shower, bathtub and a sink.
There is a separate toilet with sink next to the living room.

Modern kitchen well equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all the requisite cookware and utensils.Other information
There is no access to the balcony. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, because all rooms are connected with an electrical smoke detector system. If you do smoke inside the apartment, the smoke alarm will switch on. Smoking cigarettes in front of the building is not allowed due to neighbors regulation. It is not allowed to smoke cannabis inside or outside the building. We have to remind you that other guests or neighbors will call us in case they smell cannabis. If this happens we will inform the Police, charge the deposit and you will have to leave the apartment without any refunds.Noise: Please be considerate of the neighbors and be quiet when entering and leaving the building. Do not play music or speak loudly after 10 pm.
It is not allowed to organise parties in the apartment or to have anyone staying over other than the registered guests.
Close all windows when leaving the apartment. If it rains the water will damage the wooden floors.
Do not place garbage bags outside on any day other than garbage collection day. Please place garbage in the container in the apartment.
Do not leave beer or beverages crates in the apartment or outside. For every crate you leave behind, we will charge you 15 euro transportation.
If we receive a complaint from our neighbors that you have disregarded any of the above rules, we reserve the right to withhold your damage deposit in full or part.

Where and how do I get the keys to the property?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property to make payment and get the keys

Early check in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival.

In addition to the 15% prepayment to secure the reservation,the property owner requires an additional 35% of the balance due which is paid to them directly immediately after booking.

Payment Procedure: The amount due can only be paid on arrival by credit or debit card. Accepted payment methods for the rental fee: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro. No cash payments accepted for the amount due. On the day of arrival we will charge 250 euro damage deposit on your credit or debit card. The damage deposit will be refunded after inspection within 48 hours after your departure.
Booking policies: After making a booking it is not possible to ask for discounts due to less people staying in the apartment. If you want to add extra guests after making the booking, we charge 25 euro per person per night extra because of extra administration costs. The extra charge has to be paid in cash upon arrival. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation less than 2 months is 25% penalty, less than 1 month is 50%, less than 2 weeks is 100%.
