Perfect for those on a budget, this basic one bedroom apartment in the Westerpark area can sleep up to three guests.The first floor apartment covers a spacious 60 Sqm and comprises living room, well equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower.
It's a basic place to stay, so don't expect luxury.
Neighbourhood/Location
The apartment is located on a quiet residential street in the Westerpark area with shops, supermarkets and coffee shops just around the corner.The location is quite central with The Anne Frank House less than fifteen minutes walk away and the renowned Jordaan District just ten minutes.
The tram stops around the corner and takes just five minutes to reach the centre.

The living room has a big flat screen cable TV and two comfortable couches.Bedroom(s) and Bathroom(s)
The bedroom has two single box spring beds which can be joined together to make a double.A third person can be accommodated on an inflatable bed, with integrated pump, which can be placed in the bedroom or living room.
Kitchen
The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, oven and gas stove with all the necessary crockery and cutlery.There is also a washing machine at your disposal.

If we get any complaints from the neighbours we will retain your damage deposit.
CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
CHECK-IN
Normal check-in is between 3pm and 8pm.
Early check-in before 3pm or late check-in after 8pm is possible for an additional 35 Euro fee. Early check-in is only possible when there are no other guests checking-out the day you arrive.
CHECK-OUT
Normal check-out is between 9am and 11am.
Early check-out before 9am or late check-out after 11am is possible for an additional 35 Euro fee. Late check-out is only possible when there are no other guests checking-in on the same day.
DEPOSIT
I ask all guests for a deposit of 150 euros. Please make sure you bring the 150 euros cash with you upon arrival. Off course you will get the deposit back when you leave the apartment as you found it

Where and how do I get the keys to the property?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property to make payment and get the keys

Can I check in early or where can I leave my luggage until check in time?
Early check in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival.
