The location is the Bijlmer area of Amsterdam, about 8km from the city centre or twenty minutes by public transport.

The neighbourhood is beautiful with lovely green areas which are great for a stroll watching and listening to the birds and with supermarket, small cafes and restaurants close by.The big Amsterdamsepoort and Bijlmer arena are about 5 minutes by bus. There you can find nice restaurants and cafes, stores, theatre, movies, and Amsterdam Arena, the home ground of football club AFC Ajax.
Also easily accessible by public transport is Gaasperplas, a wonderful green area with a nature reserve and a beautiful lake with a water sports centre, which offers canoeing, swimming, rowing, sailing and windsurfing and attracts thousands of tourists each year.

Where and how do I get the keys to the property?
