Lovely, bright apartment with garden located in Watergraafsmeer, to the east of the city centre.The 50 Sqm, ground floor apartment which is recently renovated with everything new, fresh and clean, offers comfortable accommodation for three guests.
Neighbourhood/Location
The apartment is located in the East of the city with great public transport connections to the centre.Tram 9 goes directly to Amsterdam Central Station and there are also a number of buses. The closest metro and train station is Amsterdam Amstel, about five minutes walk away, from where you can find transport to pretty much anywhere in the country!
There are plenty of restaurants (Cafe Milo, Coffee Company, Pata Negra (tapas) and shops such as a baker, butcher, supermarket, newsagent, bike rental shop and more around the corner and a late night shop for those essentials you may have forgotten.
Frankendaelpark is just 2 minutes walk away and you can also visit the Oosterpark, 7 minutes from the apartment. away.
The Tropenmuseum, as well as the famous Dappermarkt street market, which sells all kinds of food from different countries and cultures, are also close by.
For those that really want to experience the Dutch tolerance to soft drugs, there's a respectable 'coffee shop' close by too!
In case of emergencies there's the OLVG hospital which is a very modern and good place to be in times of need - also around the corner

The lighting in the kitchen is bright over the work area, and over the dining area the lighting can be dimmed to create more atmosphere is required.

Where and how do I get the keys to the property?
