Check-in/out : Check-in is at the APARTMENT from 3 pm to 9 pm. Early or late check in/out can be requested but is subject to availability and an additional fee and can be confirmed only 24 hours before arrival.
Payment Policies:
Balance due is payable on arrival in Cash. If you wish to pay by Credit/Debit Card or PayPal, 3.5% processing fees will apply. In case you pay by debit/credit card or PayPal and your payment is pending after 24 hours or your arrival, we will decline the payment request and charge the balance due in cash.
Booking policies After making a booking it is not possible to ask for discounts due to less people staying in the apartment. If you want to add extra guests after making the booking, we charge 25 euro per person per night extra because of extra administration costs. The extra charge has to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy Cancellation less than 2 months is 25% penalty, less than 1 month is 50%, less than 2 weeks is 100%.

Where and how do I get the keys to the property?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property to make payment and get the keys

Can I check in early or where can I leave my luggage until check in time?
Early check in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival.
