Short Description
Spacious four-bedroom apartment located just 300 metres from nightlife centre Leidseplein and sleeping up to sixteen guests.The 190m2 space is made up of two apartments, one on the third and the other on the fourth floor, each with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet.
Please be aware that the apartment has steep stairs and there is no elevator in the building.

The apartment is located just a short distance from Leidseplein, with cafes, bars and nightclubs galore and home to the city's two most famous music venues, Melkweg and Paradiso.The Rijksmuseum, Vondelpark, Amsterdam's most exclusive shopping street P C Hooftstraat and the famous floating flower market are about ten minutes on foot and you can reach Rembrandtplein on foot in fifteen minutes.
Public transport is nearby and will get you to Central Station in ten minutes.

Where and how do I get the keys to the property?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property to make payment and get the keys

Can I check in early or where can I leave my luggage until check in time?
Early check in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival.

In addition to the 15% prepayment to secure the reservation,the property owner requires an additional 35% of the balance due which is paid to them directly immediately after booking.

The check-in is at the APARTMENT from 3 pm to 9 pm.
Early or late check in/out can be requested but is subject to availability, for an additional fee and can be confirmed only 24 hours before arrival.
Payment Policies:
Balance due is payable on arrival in Cash. If you wish to pay by Credit/Debit Card or PayPal, 3.5% processing fees will apply. In case you pay by debit/credit card or PayPal and your payment is pending after 24 hours or your arrival, we will decline the payment request and charge the balance due in cash.
Booking policies
After making a booking it is not possible to ask for discounts due to less people staying in the apartment. If you want to add extra guests after making the booking, we charge 25 euro per person per night extra because of extra administration costs. The extra charge has to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation less than 2 months is 25% penalty, less than 1 month is 50%, less than 2 weeks is 100%.
