The big Amsterdamsepoort shopping centre and Bijlmer arena are about 5 minutes by bus where you can find good restaurants and cafes, stores, theatre, movie, the Ajax's stadium and store.
Gaasperplas, a wonderful green area with a beautiful lake and a popular tourist spot, is about 2.5 km away and is well worth a visit nad you can reach Central Station by metro in twenty minutes.

Where and how do I get the keys to the property?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property to make payment and get the keys

The apartment is available for monthly rental from October to January. The price for October is 2500 EUR and the owner will be staying in one room. From November to January the monthly price is 2800 EUR plus one month security deposit.
