Fantastic for large groups; this six bedroom, two bathroom accommodation can sleep twenty guests in a beautiful area of the city close to Waterlooplein flea market and Amsterdam Zoo.The accommodation comprises two apartments being rented together, on the first and second floor, each covering 100m2 and each with a separate entrance door in a shared corridor.

Located on a quiet street in a lovely area of the city, the apartment is just a fifteen minute walk from Central Station and Nieuwmarkt and ten minutes from Waterlooplein with loads of great cafes and restaurants in the surrounding area.Also within five minutes walk are the Botanic Gardens, Royal Artis Zoo and the Verzetmuseum, which tells the story of the Dutch Resistance to the Nazi occupation and is less expensive and less crowded than the Anne Frank House.

Where and how do I get the keys to the property?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property to make payment and get the keys

Early or late check in/out can be requested but is subject to availability, for an additional fee and can be confirmed only 24 hours before arrival.
Booking policies
After making a booking it is not possible to ask for discounts due to less people staying in the apartment. If you want to add extra guests after making the booking, we charge 25 euro per person per night extra because of extra administration costs. The extra charge has to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Balance due is payable on arrival in Cash. If you wish to pay by Credit/Debit Card or PayPal, 3.5% processing fees will apply. In case you pay by debit/credit card or PayPal and your payment is pending after 24 hours or your arrival, we will decline the payment request and charge the balance due in cash.
