The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and plenty of kitchenware for group cooking. The dining area has a table with seating for four.Other information
HOUSE RULES: There is no access to the balcony. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, because all rooms are connected with an electrical smoke detector system. If you do smoke inside the apartment, the smoke alarm will switch on. Smoking cigarettes in front of the building is not allowed due to neighbors regulation. It is not allowed to smoke cannabis inside or outside the building. We have to remind you that other guests or neighbors will call us in case they smell cannabis. If this happens we will inform the Police, charge the deposit and you will have to leave the apartment without any refunds.The apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th floor of a historic building without an elevator, so please be aware that there are very steep stairs.

Where and how do I get the keys to the property?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property to make payment and get the keys

In addition to the 15% prepayment to secure the reservation,the property owner requires an additional 35% of the balance due which is paid to them directly immediately after booking.

Payment Procedure: The amount due can only be paid on arrival by credit or debit card. Accepted payment methods for the rental fee: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro. No cash payments accepted for the amount due. On the day of arrival we will charge 250 euro damage deposit on your credit or debit card. The damage deposit will be refunded after inspection within 48 hours after your departure.
Booking policies: After making a booking it is not possible to ask for discounts due to less people staying in the apartment. If you want to add extra guests after making the booking, we charge 25 euro per person per night extra because of extra administration costs. The extra charge has to be paid in cash upon arrival. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation less than 2 months is 25% penalty, less than 1 month is 50%, less than 2 weeks is 100%.
