The apartment is located on a quiet residential street in Amsterdam's Pijp area with a children's playground right outside the door and shops and restaurants close by.The Pijp is well known for its trendy bars and multicultural restaurants, for Amsterdam's largest street market, The Albert Cuypmarkt and for The Heineken Experience. It is very centrally located just a 15 minutes by tram to Central Amsterdam.
The Sarphatipark and the Vondelpark are just 20 minutes on foot.

There are parking spots in the street and the neighbourhood but on street parking is expensive. Using a Park and Ride facility at 8 euro per day is recommended. The closest one is "Rai" at Europaboulevard, from where you can take tram 4 to the apartment.
