Zoku is very conveniently located in the Eastern Canal District, in the heart of Amsterdam. On arterial "Weesperstraat", the building is easily accessible by car, bicycle and public transport (only a 3 minute walk to the metro, buses and trams).Just 10 minutes away from the Central Station by metro and 15 minutes from the city's business districts, the "RAI" and the "Zuidas" (South Axis), it's truly a hub from which any important location in the city can be easily reached. Zoku is also within cuddling distance of the city's main cultural, entertainment and shopping areas.
We have bikes for rent that will give you the freedom to roam wherever you want, whilst blending in with the locals. Our Sidekicks know all there is to know about the city's hidden gems and local places to be. Just give them a little nudge, they love to pass on local knowledge!

-Short Stay Rate up to 29 nights:A deposit of 25% of the remaining balance will be charged 7 days prior to your arrival. If you book less than 7 days in advance, the deposit is charged upon booking your reservation. The remainder of the balance is payable upon arrival/check-in.
- Long Stay over 30 nights:
A deposit of 25% of the remaining balance for the first 30 nights will be charged 7 days prior to your arrival. If you book less than 7 days in advance, this deposit is charged upon booking. The remainder of the balance of your first month is payable upon arrival/check-in.
Staying over 30 nights? The monthly rate (or part thereof) is automatically charged 2 days prior to the start of the next monthly period.

Where and how do I get the keys to the property?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property to make payment and get the keys

Can I check in early or where can I leave my luggage until check in time?
Early check in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival.
