Short Description
Cute houseboat accommodation for two aboard an authentic ship built located on the Keizersgracht canal.The romantic 15m2 space comprises a cosy sleeping area with a double bed (1.40), LCD TV with DVD, a snug little living room, separate shower and toilet, refrigerator and microwave.
Upstairs you can relax in the wheel room which comes complete with a coffee machine, kettle and a terrific canal view.
You can also enjoy a drink outside on the deck.
A private entrance and your own key code allow you to come and go as you please.
This original captain's cabin, aboard a ship dates back to 1927, so please don't expect the Hilton. Head height is 2.20 and 1.80 metres in places, and the stairs are steep making it unsuitable for children.

The houseboat is situated in the Jordaan neighborhood just 200 metres from the happening Haarlemmerstraat, with bars, restaurants and cafes galore as well as several supermarkets and Amsterdam's oldest movie theatre.The location is very central, with Dam Square fifteen minutes walk away, Central Station and the Anne Frank House just ten minutes.
Amsterdam's vibrant nightlife is not far away, with both Leidseplein and Rembrandtplein reachable on foot in about twenty minutes.

The houseboat is located within 10 minutes walking distance of Amsterdam Central Station. Trains depart from Schiphol Airport to Central Station 5 times per hour, the journey taking twenty minutes.We can also arrange a transfer to or from the airport for € 35 taking about 20 minutes

This parking garage is located on the Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal / Nieuwezijds Kolk behind the Royal Palace. It takes 8 minutes to walk from the parking garage to the houseboat.

This parking garage is located at Central Station approximately 10 minutes from the houseboat

Where and how do I get the keys to the property?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property to make payment and get the keys

Early check in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival.
