There is a big dvd collection which can you watch on a 46" HD screen. Cable Television with more than 100 stations including SPORT 1 HD live.In the stereo player you can plugin your music (ipod/mp3 player), speakers are all over. But please, keep in mind my neighbours..:)
Towels are included, needless to say a clean place and fresh sheets as well.

Where and how do I get the keys to the property?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property to make payment and get the keys
Check in time is after: 13:00and Check out is 11:00
Please note that some owners have an extra charge for late check in
Can I check in early or where can I leave my luggage until check in time?
Early check in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival.

In addition to the 15% prepayment to secure the reservation,the property owner requires an additional 35% of the balance due which is paid to them directly immediately after booking.

A- Weekend always quit the noise at 00:00 AM
B- During the week at 23:00 PM
C- NO noise at the stairs during the week and weekend. My neighbors sleep there!!!
D- NO noise at the balcony during the week and weekend. My neighbors sleep there!!
E- All male groups are not allowed.
(if you break the rule you can’t stay anymore in my apartment and I have to charge the deposit fee of 500 euro)
The most important detail is my neighbours. The Amsterdam houses are very noisy, we have to deal with it with respect. I want to make sure that you book the right apartment for your trip. My apartment is available for normal people who like to have a great place to stay during their Amsterdam visit and who promise to be nice for my neighbours (living separately in their own apartments).
I have very nice neighbours, they will always help and support you with your stay. You will meet them off-course.
But…….Please note, if you break the rule you can’t stay anymore in my apartment.
