Beautiful and large loft apartment, with a total of 220 square meters and eclectic design. Situated in a lively residential area just seven minutes by bike or public transport to the Central Station. Ideal for families or a group of friends.There is a private parking spot behind the house which can be requested based on availability and a lovely sunny balcony.

Oosterdok area is a quick 10 minute tram ride to the city center, and the tram stop is right in front of the house.The famous Amsterdam canals, Dam Square, Leidseplein, shopping, nightlife, restaurants, museums and sight seeing are all within easy access of the apartment.

There are three large bedrooms. Two bedrooms have one double bed each and the third bedroom has two single beds. Two additional single beds are available for the 7th and 8th guest.There are two bathrooms both with double sinks and a shower. The toilet is separate.

Fully equipped, luxury kitchen with everything you need to cook meals. Stainless steel appliances including fridge, stove, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishware and cutlery.A washer and dryer are also included.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Cigarettes are allowed on the balcony only, but cannabis is not allowed.Refundable damage deposit required of 500 EUR.

Where and how do I get the keys to the property?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property to make payment and get the keys

Can I check in early or where can I leave my luggage until check in time?
Early check in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival.
