Nice and bright two bedroom penthouse divided in two levels. As soon as you enter, you find the spacious living room with dining area. The kitchen is in a separate room.On the first level of the apartment there is a balcony and a separate toilet.
Second level of the house has two bedrooms with single beds.

De Pijp, known as Amsterdam's Latin Quarter, is situated in the southern part of Amsterdam and a short tram ride (take tram 16, 24, or 25 from Dam Square) away from the bustle of the streets of central Amsterdam. It is one of the most cosmopolitan and vibrant districts of Amsterdam. The inhabitants, the narrow streets, the many cafes and restaurants and the atmosphere of De Pijp are all reminiscent of the famous Parisian students' quarter.Living room

Where and how do I get the keys to the property?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property to make payment and get the keys

Early check in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival.

- Coming home late at night, with a group of people can disturb the sleep of our neighbors. Please be aware of that and be as quiet as possible.
- It is strictly prohibited to organize parties in the apartment.
- Don’t talk loud (especially with a group) after 10 pm.
- It is not allowed to play music after 10 pm in the apartment
General
- It is not allowed to invite people to sleep over at the apartment.
- Don’t leave the windows open when you go out of the apartment. Because if it rains this will damage the wooden floors
- It’s not allowed (city rules) to put garbage outside the building on any other day but the official garbage days. Please use the container in the apartment for all your garbage.
- Don’t leave crates of beer or other beverages in the apartment or garden. For every crate you leave in the apartment we will charge you 15 euro transportation costs.
If our neighbors complain to us about disrespecting one of the above house rules, we have the right to deduct your deposit.
