Centrally located in the Waterlooplein area, Kadijksplein, with several places to eat and drink nearby.You can visit the Dappermarket for all your groceries, the Oosterpark to chill with the locals, the Tropical Museum for some cultural input, the Zoo Artis or Brewery “het IJ” to drink a locally brewed beer in a real windmill.

On the top level of the houseboat you can find the bright, large living room with a spacious open kitchen.Bedroom(s) and Bathroom(s)
The two bedrooms and bathroom are located on the ground floor of the houseboat. Both bedrooms offer a comfortable double bed and lots of closet space.The bathroom contains a bathtub, a separate shower, a sink and a toilet. A washing machine is available if you need to do some laundry. A separate toilet is available.
Kitchen
On the top level of the houseboat is also the kitchen with, gas stove, fridge, freezer (with ice machine), kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven and microwave.Fully equipped with all the crockery and utensils you need to cook meals.

During office hours (Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm) you can pick up the keys to your boat at the office close to Central Station.STANDARD check-in from 2pm to 5pm
EARLY check-in between 9am - 2pm (only possible in case of vacancy)
LATE check-in between 5pm - 9pm = 25 euro fee
LATE check-in between 9pm - midnight = 50 euro fee
PERSONAL check-in directly at the boat during office hours = 25 euro fee
LATE check out between 11am and 9pm (only possible in case of vacancy) = 50 euro fee

Where and how do I get the keys to the property?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property to make payment and get the keys

Can I check in early or where can I leave my luggage until check in time?
Early check in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival.
