Short Description
A beautiful and comfortable 80 square metre studio with a fantastic view of a typical 17th century Dutch windmill.This sunny and quiet studio on the first floor, with lift, has also a lovely view over the water of a canal and over a park. On the water the most beautiful sailing boats pass quietly.
The large and artistic, decorated studio has a fully fitted kitchen, modern shower room and a south facing balcony with a beautiful view.
Neighbourhood/Location
The studio is located on a quiet canal at the edge of the Jordaan.There are supermarkets, shops, a gym, restaurants, pubs and two markets for (biological) food and (antique) stuff within walking distance and a nice, large municipal park 10 minutes walk away, also with good restaurants, pubs and interesting art- and cultural projects.
You can take a leisurely stroll along the Jordaan canals and reach Dam Square in about 25 minutes, or Anne Frank house in 15 minutes, or there is a bus or tram stopping some 3 minutes walk from the apartment which will whizz you into Dam in 10 minutes.
When the weather is nice this bus brings you to the famous Dutch beaches within 45 minutes.

The large sunny living room has a great big wooden table where you can breakfast looking out over the water, on a typical 17th Dutch windmill.There is a south facing balcony to the front and the only traffic you'll see passing by are the typical Dutch bicyclists or boats sailing quietly by.

There is no separate bedroom, but the queen bed (160x 200) is located in a niche where there are also wardrobes, and bedside tables.The bathroom is large and modern with shower and wash basin.

The half open kitchen is fully equipped with 5 ring cooker, large fridge, freezer and ice-cube maker, oven, microwave and dish washer.Other information

When you want to relax in the cosy studio, there are a lot of interesting films and television series on DVD (original English, Spanish or French language).

Where and how do I get the keys to the property?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property to make payment and get the keys

Can I check in early or where can I leave my luggage until check in time?
Early check in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival.
