Where and how do I get the keys to the property?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property to make payment and get the keys

Early check in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival.

In addition to the 15% prepayment to secure the reservation,the property owner requires an additional 35% of the balance due which is paid to them directly immediately after booking.

The cheapest way is by transferwise.com. It costs only a few euros and has a good exchange rate.
Payment Procedure:
50% of the balance has to be paid within 72 hours after the booking and is not refundable. The remaining 50% has to be in our account at least one month before arrival. Not applying to these conditions, gives us the right to cancel the reservation. These payments can be made by bank transfer or via Paypal arranged with your apartment manager.
Cancellation Policy:
The initial 50% is not refundable under any circumstances.
The other 50% is refunded only if cancelled more than one month prior to check in. Less than one month notice, it is fully non refundable and the penalty is 100% of the balance.
Security Deposit:
A refundable cash security deposit of EUR 100 is due on arrival. This is refunded at departure assuming no damages, that the apartment is left clean and no loss of keys.
