Short Description
Quiet and comfortable 2 bedroom duplex apartment in the centre of a lovely, non-touristic central area of the city next to the Jordaan.The house was completely renovated in 2009 with a country-styled look and can be rented for up to four adults and two children.
Additional furniture for babies and small children is available.

The Westerpark area is one of the areas that has been renovated rapidly over the last 10 years and the Westerpark itself has become a major attraction with an art-house cinema, theatre, a Sunday market and many cultural events throughout the year like the Fashionweek, the Affordable Art Fair and several partiesWesterpark is only 5 minutes away from the Jordaan and is a beautiful area to hang out

The bright living room with windows on both sides has comfortable seating, a double sofa bed, wireless internet and a stereo set with plug-in for an Ipod and MP3 player and of course, TV with DVD.Bedroom(s) and Bathroom(s)
The top floor has 2 bedrooms each with two (90x200) box spring beds and a nice bathroom with toilet, wash basins and shower. The bathroom catches the morning sun so you can get up early and bathe in the sunlight.Kitchen
Open kitchen and dining area and cabinet with a few typically Dutch board games.The kitchen is my favourite as I designed it myself. It has a country style look with all modern equipment that you need: cooking plates, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave espresso maker etc.
Other information
Buses and trams stop close by. They leave every 5 minutes to all popular places such as Museumplein, Leidesplein, Central Station, Damsquare etc.There is a parking garage 10 minutes away where you can park your car for only 8 Euro per 24 Hrs.
For check in after 8pm there is a late check in fee of 35 euro
The apartment is on the third floor with 3 sets of 17 stairs to climb to reach it.

Where and how do I get the keys to the property?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property to make payment and get the keys

Early check in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival.
