Modern two bedroom, in a block of seven apartments, located at Nieuwmarkt, just a ten-minute walk from Central Station and five minutes from Dam Square.The apartment comes with a well-equipped two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with tub, separate toilet and a balcony where you can smoke if you wish.
The entire block can cater for groups of up to 40 guests, and stag and hen parties are welcome.
Please note - Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.

Nieuwmarkt (New Market) one of the mains squares of Amsterdam and a great location for your Amsterdam stayAll our properties are located on Monnikenstraat or just off Nieuwmarkt (New Market) one of the best squares in Amsterdam. Not far from China Town, Redlight district, Dam Square and central station. A great central location offering all of Amsterdam on your door step.
Nieuwmarkt square is surrounded by bars, cafes, coffee shops, great local shops selling cakes, Thai food, Indonesian snack bar. All bars , cafes and coffee shops have terraces during the summer and are great to sit and people spot. You can pass hours just sitting and watching the world go by in any of them but especially the coffee shop ones.

They offer eight large very comfortable apartments in a beautiful, completely renovated monumental building just off the Amsterdam Nieuwmarkt. The apartments can be rented for short and long periods from three days up.All eight apartments are decorated the same and all offer a very high level of comfort and security.
Each apartment is very spacious at around 100 M2 (1000 sq feet) and all come with Hi-Fi, DVD, TV and more. Full kitchens in each apartment. The building comprises eight large apartments all decorated with the same style and decor.

Where and how do I get the keys to the property?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property to make payment and get the keys

Please note that some owners have an extra charge for late check in
Can I check in early or where can I leave my luggage until check in time?
Early check in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival.

In addition to the 15% prepayment to secure the reservation,the property owner requires an additional 35% of the balance due which is paid to them directly immediately after booking.

Respect the neighbors and treat the apartment with care, especially for large groups and those who rent multiple properties in the same building.
Cleaning fee of 50 EUR per night is the penalty for apartments left very dirty.
No sleeping on the balcony.
In case of cancellation less than 2 weeks in advance or no show we will charge a cancellation fee depending on the length of the reservation. If the reservation was for two nights or less, we will charge you for one night, otherwise we will charge you for the first two nights.
Minimum Stay 3 nights but 2 nights will be accepted subject to an extra charge.
No Damage deposit required.

Check-in standard from 03:00 PM - check-out by 11:00 AM.
