Amsterdam Luxury really lives up to it's name, situated in the heart of the exclusive '9 streets' area in the heart of Amsterdam' Jordaan district. The apartment has undergone major refurbishment and upgrade works.The entrance to the apartment is on the 1st floor of the property. This has a lounge with adjoining outside terrace, kitchen, bathroom and separate WC. There is an internal staircase within the apartment itself which leads to the master bedroom on the ground floor
The apartment has it all, high security locks, smoke alarm, fire-proof safe, central heating and double-glazing throughout, cloakroom and spacious lounge for relaxing and having a chat

1. Pick-up service from Amsterdam Airport (Schiphol)
The most convenient way to get to the apartment is to use our Pick-Up service! For � 40 we can arrange your collect at delivery directly to the apartment. You will be picked up at the meeting point at Schiphol and will be driven to the apartment.
2. Public transport to the apartment from Amsterdam Central Station. No public transport goes into the 9 streets. The nearest point is either the Anne Frank tram stop , trams 14, 17, 9 or if you can get a stop and go small bus at central station (operates 9am to 5.30pm every 12 minutes) this will leave you the closest on the Princengracht and it's only Euro 1 or 2 stamps on a multi tram ticket.
3. Parking If you travel by car you can park in one of the many car parks around the area, Euro 30 for 24 hours or if you park outside the centre Euro 5.50 at one of the park and ride places
Living room
The lounge has brand new seating throughout including leather dining chairs and sofa beds, giant widescreen flat TV and new carpeting. The living room has 2 double and 1 single sofa beds.Wireless free internet access for laptops and PDA's. The lounge is well lit and has doors leading to its own outside patio with patio heating and barbecue. There is a king-size hammock which can be used both internally and externally.
There is a dining area off the lounge and a large fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hotplates, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator and deep freeze, twin sink unit, iron & ironing board, English china dinner service, glassware, electric kettle, coffee maker, toasted sandwich maker and ample storage space.

Downstairs is the spacious fully sound-proofed Master Bedroom with king size bed, fully fitted wardrobes throughout, underfloor heating system, air ventilation system and second satellite television.The luxurious bathroom has a whirlpool bath with power shower, 'his' & 'her' wash basins, professional turbo hairdryer and storage units with mirrors. There is a separate toilet.
The bathroom has underfloor lighting and new fittings. A new central heating system has been installed.
Kitchen
There is a dining area off the lounge and a large fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hotplates, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator and deep freeze, twin sink unit, iron & ironing board, English china dinner service, glassware, electric kettle, coffee maker, toasted sandwich maker and ample storage space.Other information
Booking deposit - 10% deposit is taken at time of reservation by credit card.Credit card details visa and Master card accepted to secure booking.
Final Payments are in Cash on arrival.
Terms and Conditions
1. Pets allowed but a Euro 10 per day charge is applied per pet.
2. It is not allowed to stay with more persons then mentioned in the bookings confirmation.
3. Please behave like 'gentlemen' and don't disturb the neighbour's! Don't play loud music, scream and shout, etc.
4. If the Renter violates the above terms, the stay can be cancelled immediately without restitution of the rent.
5. The Property Manager is allowed to enter the apartment at any time and lives on the premises.
6. A copy off all passports will be made during check-in.
7. The guests will receive the apartment in a clean and proper condition and are expected to return it in the same condition.

The rent must be paid in cash upon arrival.
Week-Ends
Minimum of 3 nights.
(Special periods New Year, Cannabis Cup, Queens Weekend, IBC - 7 night minimum stay)
Cancellation policy :
> 4 weeks notice: 50% of the deposit is refunded

Where and how do I get the keys to the property?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property to make payment and get the keys

Can I check in early or where can I leave my luggage until check in time?
Early check in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival.
