This cozy and romantic Room in the Art studio 36 m2, is located between 2 canals on a quiet street in one of the best areas of the city; the ART AND ANTIQUE CENTRE, close to Rijksmuseum and to shops,with transport around the corner and just 10 minutes from Central Station.The room has either 2 single beds or 1 double bed. The entire floor is private and you have your own bathroom and toilet.
You can also use the kitchen downstairs with a lovely view of the garden.
Access to your private first floor is through a privately owned art studio. When the art studio is closed (opens only the afternoon) you have privacy of the entire building in which there is an extra toilet and a nice sitting area next to the garden doors leading to a beautiful terrace.
You have your own keys and 24/7 access to your room.

Kerkstraat, so central , it's unreal. Great location to stay; in the middle of the canal belt with its antique shops and galleries ,other shops and shopping area closeby and in walking distance from the Van Gogh Museum,Rijksmuseum and Anne Frank house. Leidseplein with the bars 5 minutes walking. Supermarket and the coffeeshop around the corner.Bicycle rent in the street.

Closet for your clothes, free use of bath ropes, a TV with International channels, Coffee and tea cooker, small fridge, hairdryer, umbrella ,radio with CD player/ipodBedroom(s) and Bathroom(s)
2 single beds or 1 double, box spring.The bathroom is 8m2 with bath/shower, 2 washbasins and toilet. Iron and iron board.
Towels and bed linen is included.
Kitchen
Normal kitchen about 8m2 with all the things you need to cook. Micro-wave / oven, fridge with freezer, cooker with gas., free coffee and tea. There is also a breakfast bar.The kitchen is downstairs and adjoins the living room which is used by the owner when the art studio is open.

When you rent the studio Room for 2 people this gives you private use of the first floor of the building with one bedroom/living room which includes the bed, small sofa, working table and the bathroom bathroom, see photos 1-8 and picture 9 the kitchen which is downstairs
When you walk down your private stairs you enter the art room with kitchen and patio/garden This area is used by the owner when the gallery is open but after 6.pm or so you also can use the downstairs space, with sitting area to the terrace. That space is approx. 35m2 and is shown in pictures 10-17

Where and how do I get the keys to the property?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property to make payment and get the keys

Early check in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival.
